What Is EMDR?

EMDR is an evidence based therapy for treating trauma/stress reaction to adverse life events. EMDR has been around for 30 years and is well researched. EMDR can be used to treat traumatic stress. It can reduce symptoms of PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression. It is helpful in reducing behaviors related to ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).
