Clinical Internship

Check for openings on our Career page.

In our intensive clinical internship, interns learn clinical and administrative skills to provide therapy to children and their families. Under our close supervision interns become EMDR basic trained. It is our goal to grow interns into therapists who use a trauma lens to assess and treat clients. An additional goal is that by being trained in EMDR early in their careers therapists will decrease their risk of burnout. EMDR basic training is paid for by Blue Channel Therapy. A minimum of $500 stipend is paid each semester.

What we are looking for in applicants:

People who are passionate, prepared and open to working with our diverse client population. People who are excited to spend their career working with low-income children and families.
