Taty Enrriquez, BS, MSW Candidate
Taty Enrriquez is a passionate and committed Master of Social Work student at Grand Canyon University, driven by a deep desire to support children, youth, and families through life’s challenges. With a background in Human Resources and Finance, Taty brings a unique lens to social work that balances both compassion and critical thinking.
Her professional experience includes working in school settings to foster family engagement, build strong community connections, and advocate for the academic and emotional success of students. She believes in meeting people where they are, creating safe and welcoming spaces, and empowering others through strengths-based, culturally responsive support.
Taty is originally from Long Beach, California, and now lives in Colorado with her 10-year-old son and their beloved miniature poodle, Benny. Outside of her work and studies, she enjoys traveling, making memories with her family, and seeking out new adventures that spark growth and joy.
Taty is bilingual in English and Spanish and values building inclusive environments where all voices are honored and uplifted.
