Charlotte is a graduate student at Regis University working towards her Master’s in Professional Counseling. Charlotte completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy at Western Colorado University. Charlotte takes a holistic and empathetic approach to care, considering personal, social, and cultural factors; tailoring every interaction to honor the whole of the person. With over 5 years of experience working in mental health care, Charlotte offers children, their families, and young adults with a safe, non-judgemental space to process their feelings, recognize their values, and gain security within themselves. Charlotte takes a humanistic approach to care, utilizing Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and is training in EMDR.
Outside of her work, Charlotte often spends time with her cats, water coloring, crocheting, while also enjoying adventure through skiing, hiking, camping, playing soccer, biking, and rock climbing.
