Aubrey Bertron, MSW, SWC

You know yourself, your child, and your situation better than anyone else. If you have a feeling that your family may benefit from therapy, please reach out. I work primarily with young children who have experienced trauma or mental health challenges and their caregivers to help nurture healthy attachment bonds and work together through big emotions. If you are a soon-to-be or new parent struggling with the significant, sometimes lonely change of parenthood, I am happy to help! I believe that the earlier an intervention happens with children and in families, the better. Mental health is vital to overall wellbeing and when one person heals, that can effect change for generations.

I have worked with children, teens, and their families for nine years in various social work roles. That time has taught me that a strengths-based, client-centered approach in conjunction with evidence-based practice is beneficial to helping clients emerge from overwhelming thoughts and feelings and move toward growth and healing.

I am Flash Technique trained and have my Master's in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University. I am trained in EMDR.
