Aubrey Bertron, MSW, SWC

You know yourself, your child, and your situation better than anyone else. If you have a feeling that your family may benefit from therapy, please reach out. Aubrey works primarily with young children who have experienced trauma or mental health challenges and their caregivers to help nurture healthy attachment bonds and work together through big emotions. If you are a soon-to-be or new parent struggling with the significant, sometimes lonely challenge of parenthood, I am happy to help! Aubrey believes that the earlier an intervention happens with children and in families, the better the outcome. Mental health is vital to overall wellbeing and when one person heals, that can effect change for generations.

Aubrey has worked with children, teens, and their families for nine years in various social work roles. That time has taught her that a strengths-based, client-centered approach in conjunction with evidence-based practice is beneficial to helping clients emerge from overwhelming thoughts and feelings and move toward growth and healing.

Aubrey is Flash Technique trained and has her Master's in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University. She is trained in EMDR.
