Kaitlyn Anderson, BA, MSW, SWC

Kaitlyn earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health. In clinical practice, she integrates psychoeducation, mindfulness, and nature-based approaches to support clients on their healing journeys.

Her professional background is diverse and international. Kaitlyn taught English as a Second Language in Argentina and later worked in a horticultural therapy program for at-risk adolescents and young adults in Hawaii. These experiences deepened her understanding of mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and the therapeutic power of nature. Eventually, Kaitlyn took on the role of Social Work Manager in a nursing home, further refining her leadership and clinical skills. Across all roles, a consistent theme has emerged: a commitment to blending mental health and education.

Kaitlyn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and provides therapy sessions in both English and Spanish.

Outside of clinical work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time at home and adventuring through the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Favorite activities include snuggling with her dogs, baking bread, mountain biking, surfing, and skiing.

This therapist conducts sessions exclusively in English and Spanish.
